Everyone is required to leave a credit card on file.
48 hour notice is required if an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled. There may be a 50% fee charged if the appointment spot cannot be filled.
There is a strict 15 minute late policy. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule your appointment.
All chemical processes are priced based on 4 ounces of product usage. There will be an up-charge if additional products are needed.
There is a 3.5% processing fee when paying with a credit card. We also accept cash, Venmo and Zelle.
